Seedsome sells food-grade seeds and consumable products. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we follow a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy.

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

We do not offer exchanges for any products sold on Seedsome.

❌ No Refunds

All sales made on https://seedsome.in are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
Taste or preference issues
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Delays caused by courier partners
Minor variations in packaging, color, or size

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products

We ensure quality checks and secure packaging for every order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order ID
Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
This does not guarantee a return, exchange, or refund.

🚚 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or delivery attempt, no refund will be issued.
